It is quite robust and can stand on its own, and makes for a wonderful ornamental plant, paired with a simple display stand or vessel. 

They are fun plants to style and arrange as they can be placed, with a little bit of moss, in a number of unique houses or, simply strung up. Air plants love bright light, humidity and... surprise! Air! 

Air Plants hang out at lofty heights in their natural South and Central American environment, so if you adopt one or five of these beauties, be sure to keep them out of potting soil!

Care Instructions

Follow these instructions to keep your Air Plant healthy and happy:

• Water: Water about once a week, by 'dunking' them into water a few times. Make sure to shake off excess water and don't let the plant sit in any water - it must be able to dry out.
• Light: Bright, indirect light
• Humidity: Air Plants enjoy moderate to high humidity
• Fertilize:  Feed once a month with foliar fertilizer specially made for air plants.
