Effective and Easy on the Stomach!
I have been using this product for several years because it works! I take 2 in the morning and 2 late afternoon. They don't hurt my stomach like some other products that I have tried. I will continue buying this product and recommend it for anyone looking for an easy-to-digest fiber capsule.
