The easy to fit bodice with midriff has below-elbow raglan sleeves with darts for good fit and mobility, is gathered under the bust and finished with self fabric binding at the scooped neckline. Both views have the same full gathered skirt, but view A has a slightly angular hemline with godets great for a double edged galloon lace, and view B has a rounded hemline, best for fabrics without a straight-edge border design. Closure is a center back zipper. The waistline is accented with a tied or pinned ribbon embellishment.

View A Overdress look for: Lace, bordered eyelet, or any fabric with an embroidery finished edge or crosswise directional prints and florals with an edging, View B Overdress look for: All-over lace, eyelet, embroidered fabrics without an edge finish and ombre’s (colors that fade from edge center) Directional or non-directional prints without an edging. Overdress Fabric Types: organza, chiffon, gauze, georgette, organdy, lawn, and voile. Dress, A or B: cotton, rayon, wool, satin, crepe back satin, faille, taffeta, sateen, and light weight denim are only a few great options.
